Entertain the offspring at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s Kids on Conservation Trail

If your little humans are going stir crazy at home or you’re just keen to get them out and about, we’ve got just the ticket – Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has recently launched its Kids on Conservation Trail. It’s educational and fun (two words that are seldom found together).

Would you know an orange bellied parrot if you saw one? How about a brush-tailed rock-wallaby? If you’re shaking your head right now, gather the clan for an outing to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The brand-new Kids on Conservation Trail has been created to keep little ones amused whilst educating kids (and big kids) on the variety of conservation projects and wildlife breeding programs undertaken by the team at the sanctuary.

Follow the footprints around the park stopping at various locations along the way to collect a stamp, learn about an endangered animal or discover more about a particular conservation project. One of the highlights is stopping by the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and seeing the vets in action. At the end of the trail, kids will receive a small gift to remember their adventure by. To celebrate the launch of the Kids on Conservation Trail, the team is offering a special online ticket price of $29 until September 9. To book visit Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
