Say hello to the New York-inspired development coming to Chevron Island

The newest luxury residences to join the leafy pocket of Chevron Island have just been announced, with Greenwich set to bring a hit of New York-inspired design to the central Gold Coast suburb.

As the demand for quality residences skyrockets on the Gold Coast, Brisbane-based developer Ention Properties has just announced its plans to bring the area a brand-new development targeted at owner-occupiers. A development application has been submitted to council for Greenwich – a project that notably draws inspiration from the iconic Flatiron building and will sit in prime position linking Chevron Island to the Home of the Arts cultural precinct. Featuring a waterside position and verdant views over the nearby Korman Family Park, the building’s interiors will also reflect the sophisticated vibes of New York.

Including a mix of two and three-bedroom units with one exclusive four-bedroom residence on offer, the 15-storey Greenwich has been designed by Ferro Chow Architects and will ultimately deliver 46 apartments upon completion. The tower’s final form has been pitched to accomodate everyone from first home owners to downsizers, and will feature arched floor-to-ceiling windows, a relaxed yoga lawn and jaw-dropping rooftop pool. Greenwich’s end design is set to capture the feeling of a stylish, convenient locale to make the most of its central Gold Coast location.
