Take a look at Perspective Nexus, the luxe slice of paradise coming to Palm Beach
Palm Beach’s newest residential locale has just been announced, with Perspective Nexus slated to level up the luxury in the beachside suburb. With a focus on the best in coastal living and the area’s enviable lifestyle opportunities, the upscale residential project is serving up the kind of interiors many of us can only dream of.
The increasingly exclusive beachside suburb of Palm Beach is renowned for its laidback lifestyle, from strolling to local coffee shops to beautiful beach vistas, which served as the inspiration for this development that’s set to take shape on a cracking 1581 sqm beachside site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway. Sherpa Property Group is bringing to life a collection of 34 residences – made up of 29 three-bedroom apartments, along with two penthouses and three jaw-dropping three-level “skyhomes”. With lifestyle front-of-mind for HAL Architects, particularly buyer’s increased needs for spacious living areas and growing work-from-home requirements, each apartment will feature a home office and private balcony.
Perspective Nexus will focus on quality over quantity, with the building only utilising half of the prime site’s allowable density to ensure that the breezy residences feel luxurious in their scale and lifestyle offering. This is particularly true for Nexus’ skyhomes, which will each feature four bedrooms and 360-degree views along with a private terrace equipped with a pool and spa. Following its success in the coast’s more southern suburbs, developer Sherpa is also looking to migrate further north – it has just lodged a development application for a project perched on the Broadwater in Biggera Waters.
