Coomera to get its first highrise development

Coomera to get its first highrise development

Gordon Corp has submitted a proposal to develop a new multi-tower residential and resort precinct next door to Dreamworld in Coomera.

The development application proposes a 12-storey, 300 room hotel alongside two residential towers that rise 22- and 27-storeys. If approved, the highrises will be the first in the area.

The proposal also outlines retail, dining and entertainment facilities including lagoon-style pools, recreation areas and public art. The 19,200 square metre site is situated on the corner of Beattie Road and Dreamworld Parkway. The project will go before the council’s planning committee for approval following the March 19 election.
