From April 2 until the beginning of winter, the Collective Palm Beach rooftop will be transformed into a Japanese cherry blossom haven, encapsulating the spirit of springtime in Japan. Everywhere you turn, you’ll be greeted by cascading cherry blossoms, accompanied by Japanese sun umbrellas and traditional fans. During this period, the Collective will feature an exclusive drinks menu, highlighting a refreshing selection of Roku gin cocktails, sake, and Kirin beer, transporting you to a serene Japanese garden with every sip. To complement these beverages, Umami, one of the five restaurants at the Collective, will offer a curated snack menu featurin5g Japanese-inspired snacks like Panko Nori Prawn and Tempura Salmon, perfectly aligning with the relaxed ambience of the season.

As part of the experience, the Collective is also offering intimate beginner’s classes on April 10 and April 24, where guests can learn the art of sculpting a bonsai tree. Guided by experts, guests will discover the basics of bonsai cultivation, shaping, and maintenance. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a Roku cocktail, a selection of bites from the Umami menu, and they will get to take their bonsai tree home to enjoy.
