May 27–28
When the Rain Stops Falling: In an achingly beautiful story that spans four generations and two continents, this powerful drama is an investigation of mortality and family, of shared experience and inherited legacies, of the strength of nature and the compassion of humanity. Featuring a blend of music, movement and digital artistry, all set on a revolving stage, When the Rain Stops Falling will transport you through time and space, reality and dreaming, life and death.

May 25 to June 10
Season of the Absurd: Sit down and experience three absurdist plays at the QUT Gardens Theatre. Dead Man’s Cell Phone is an oddball comedy about a woman forced to confront her own assumptions about morality, Waiting for Godot is a classic work of Absurdism that explores themes of existentialist philosophy and The Realistic Joneses tackles idyllic fantasies and imperfect realties.

May 24 to June 19
Menopause the MusicalMenopause The Musical premiered at Melbourne’s Comedy Theatre 2005 with an Australian cast, and has continued to draw huge crowds every time it tours the nation. Catch the classic tale of the soap star, the power woman, the earth mother and the housewife as they find common ground in the name of sisterhood, realising that menopause is no longer The Silent Passage, but a stage in every woman’s life that is perfectly normal!
