Sip free-flowing mimosas and graze on moreish morsels at Sassafras’ bottomless brunch

There’s truly no better way to lean into the day than with a bottomless brunch – and the team at popular Paddington noshery Sassafras sure know how it’s done. Its indulgent two-hour bottomless brunch features highlights of its lick-the-plate-clean-delicious menu, alongside free-flowing mimosas – and it’s available every single day.

While Sassafras has been a go-to for Paddington locals for more than 26 years, Brisbane folk come from far and wide to sink their teeth into the cafe’s mouth-watering fare, including those ricotta pancakes (if you know, you know), the crisp corn fritters and the daily bake of house-made cakes. So, it’s no surprise that its bottomless brunch is among the city’s best.

Available from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm daily, brunch fans are treated to a giant tasting board of Sassafras’ all-time favourites. The eye-popping spread is loaded with the likes of edamame-hummus-filled avocado, lashings of double-smoked bacon, grilled haloumi, smoked local mushrooms, fried eggs and house-made hash browns, with tomato relish, zesty hollandaise and plenty of sourdough on the side. The brunch feast finishes with a sweet surprise – Sassafras’ ever-changing French toast of the day.

On top of that smorgasbord of deliciousness, bottomless brunchers can also enjoy two hours free-flowing mimosas, Origin teas and specialty Bear Bones coffee. Hot tip – if you’ve got a group of six to ten, book the Chef’s Table located opposite the kitchen for an extra-special experience.

The Sassafras bottomless brunch is $59 person and is available daily. Bookings are recommended on weekends or for groups of four or more, and can be made via the Sassafras website.
