Fine dining delights, midday munches and wine-filled wonder – Dine BNE City is back with an impressive line-up of The City’s best bars and restaurants

Despite the tumultuous nature of the past two years, Brisbane’s dining scene has continued to leap from strength to strength. Our glorious city is saturated with curious epicurean delights, boasting a truly delightful palette of bars, restaurants and cafes that can, quite frankly, rival our southern counterparts (we’re coming for you, Melbourne). What better way to celebrate our cracking culinary offerings than with a month-long festival dedicated to highlighting the delectable offerings of our foodie scene? After incredible success last year, we are thrilled to announce that Dine BNE City is back with more than 100 exclusive offers and dining experiences scattered across the heart of our humble river city. This May 1–29, leave your leftovers at home, forget about the groceries and dive into delicious splendour as you indulge in the very best Brisbane City has on offer.

You won’t go hungry in May, with an impressive line-up of The City’s most loved venues putting on a culinary show. For the more discerning foodies that prefer to dine at twilight, look no further than Supper Club. Take your pick from degustations and curated dining experiences dotted across The City, like the Wine & Whisky Dinner at Grape Therapy that allows you to choose your preferred pairing, or the special 12-course banquet at Madame Wu that features the likes of stir-fried Moreton Bay squid and tea-spiced pork collar served with handmade miso and macadamia. If Japanese is more your style, be sure to slide into Saké and delight over the seven-course Osaka Omakase degustation, specially curated by Osaka-born head chef Daisuke Sakai. Last, but certainly not least, gastronomers can explore the metropolis with Bar Safari – the perfect way to sip and snack your way through some of Brisbane’s best watering holes.
