The bar is stocked with the rich and robust flavours of Nosferatu Distillery’s gin and vodka – with each bottle locally brewed and batched in Brisbane’s very own Bowen Hills.

Choose from staples like dry, dirty and Gibson martinis as well as bold takes like the pawnstar and the espresso martinis. Or side-step the classics and try the vodka-based Ping Pong martini, designed by Corbett & Claude’s master mixologists, which is sweetened with a medley of lime, lychee and passion fruit for a vibrant and vivacious punch of flavour. Your martini trio will be paired with a selection of bites from Corbett & Claude’s beloved kitchen.
