Fortitude Valley’s neon-lit late-night bar and eatery Ling Ling has caught disco fever and is launching a weekly party to celebrate. Kicking off this Sunday August 30, Ling Ling’s Dim Sum Disco Sundays has it all – catchy beats, a delicious dim sum spread and bottomless sips. So don your best 70s attire and assemble your crew for the ultimate Studio 54-esque Sunday session. Who said disco was dead?
Ling Ling’s Dim Sum Disco Sundays offers two delicious feast options full of Asian-inspired delights. Guests can tuck into a nine-course dim sum package, which includes fire crackers, samurai fries, buddha spring rolls, prawn and ginger dumplings, veggie dumplings, pork-belly bao buns, pork fun buns, sweet-chilli chicken karaage and panda greens. Plant-based diners can take advantage of the eight-course vegan dim sum package, which features vege-friendly delicacies from the OG dim sum menu as well as shallot pancakes, tofu bao buns, salt and pepper tofu, and eggplant san chow bow.
Brunch isn’t complete without a few tipples to get the party started, and Ling Ling’s two-hour drinks package is not to be scoffed at. Thirsty folk can sip on a boozy selection of bottomless Aperol Spritz, mimosas, prosecco, rosé and Tiger Beer. If that isn’t enough, you can even score bottle service on the day with Ciroc Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Veuve Cliquot or Jansz Premium Cuvee all available at an extra cost. Keeping the good vibes going, Ling Ling will fill your ears with back-to-back disco, house and party tunes, with some of Brisbane’s best DJs on the decks spinning beats. Ling Ling’s Dim Sum Disco Sundays kicks off this Sunday August 30, and will run weekly. Doors open at 2:00 pm for ticketed guests, with the package starting at 2:30 pm and running until 4:30 pm.
