It’s been little more than a year since the folks behind The Mistaeks put their musical minds together and started crafting a catchy catalogue of pop-rock tracks, but already they’re up to EP number two. After releasing their self-produced debut EP Noob in late 2012, the musicians made an impressive entrance on to the triple J Unearthed charts and earned themselves a dedicated bunch of local fans.

Fortunately, they didn’t keep punters waiting long for their follow-up release, launching their second EP Interrobang just last week. The four-piece will be showcasing the new tracks – including debut single ‘Comprehensive Lisp’ – at The Zoo this Saturday January 25, with support from awesome Byron Bay outfit Tora and Brisbane rockers Pack Animals. Tickets are $15 and available at the door.
