Located on the sixth floor of the luxurious Hilton Brisbane is where you’ll discover esteemed dining institution, Vintaged Bar + Grill. If you’ve never been to this inner-city gem, you’re in for a treat! The venue been a stalwart of Brisbane’s culinary scene thanks to its experienced kitchen staff, stellar service, ambient atmosphere, and perhaps most importantly, fine cuisine created using fresh, seasonal produce. Taking things up a notch is the brand-new – and mouth-watering – menu, which has been perfected by executive chef Dario Fiorino. You can expect a selection of exquisite dishes including a premium range of Australian beef featuring wagyu, in-house dry-aged steaks, and sustainably sourced seafood – all cooked on an open grill and balanced with Mediterranean aromas. The bar is stocked with premium liquors and more than 1,000 wines sourced from boutique wineries in Australia, New Zealand and France.
