In 2013, the business was purchased by new its current owner who has maintained the same standard of quality while subtly adding to the menu over the past few years. The menu is packed with a variety of Modern Italian fare, from antipasto, insalate, pasta, risotto as well as everyone’s favourite rosse and bianche pizzas. Everything is crafted using premium products from gourmet suppliers, with goods including sauces and sausages made on site. Pizzeria 1760’s Beech pizza oven churns out delicious calzones and pizzas boasting toppings such as roasted pumpkin, pancetta, artichoke, bocconcini, prawns or calamari. All pasta and pizzas (except calzones) are available in gluten-free options and a select dessert menu of gelati, sorbet and brownies available for those hankering for something sweet.
