Pizzantica is bringing traditional Napoli pizza to a rotating selection of weekly markets and events, including Hawthorne’s Love Your Local Markets, Boundary Street Markets, Davies Park Market, Eagle Farm Market and Coorparoo Bowls Club’s monthly Off The Green. The Pizzantica VW Kombi van is mounted with a Ferrari-red pizza oven, producing mouthwatering slices from the classic Margherita of tomato, mozzarella and basil to the hefty Alle Patate of potatoes, ham, mozzarella, onions and rosemary. The menu changes each week, with select options available for markets or private functions, but there’s generally a nutella calzone ready to indulge in after you’ve gobbled up a savoury varietal.
