One Fish Two Fish

No, this isn’t the beginning of a Dr. Seuss story – it’s Kangaroo Point’s new seafood restaurant, One Fish Two Fish. The venue comes from former The Fish House chef Daniel Miletic and his wife Amelia. One Fish Two Fish offers a ‘fresh-off-the-boat take on a local restaurant’, with the menu ranging from family-friendly options such as classic fish and chips, to Amalfi-inspired seafood risotto and whole salt-baked fish of the day. The drinks list features a curated selection of wines (rosé is a big focus), tap cocktails and craft beers. Daniel also has plans to host regular events and monthly Red Fish Blue Fish dinners, at which he will collaborate with both local and international chefs to create a special set menu for one night only.
