New Farm favourite Yuzu & Co has earned a loyal following since opening in 2017. Chef Kuldeep Singh has been feeding locals his interpretation of contemporary Japanese fare, and has spread the love to Milton – giving locals a taste of his delightful dishes. Yuzu & Co Milton can be found right in the thick of the action on Park Road, boasting a larger 60-seat space catering to lunch and dinner crowds. After experimenting with flavour combos with his Uber Eats concept Yuzu Poke Bar, Kuldeep has added bento boxes and several hot and cold poke bowls to the lunch menu. We’re talking bowls with chicken katsu curry, beef teriyaki, nasu dengaku, eel teriyaki and spicy tempura prawns. The rest of Yuzu & Co’s menu features a cross-pollination of ideas, with brie cheese tempura, sashimi tacos, gobo-root chips, soft-shell crab burgers just some of Kuldeep’s imaginative dishes. The Milton location also boasts a larger bar, allowing the restaurant to serve a wider selection of Japanese sake, beer and cider, wine and cocktails.
