Olé Fuego

In keeping with the Spanish traditions of South Bank venues Olé and The Sangria Bar, the newest addition to the group, Olé Fuego, offers a range of flavoursome tapas and racione dishes, complemented by its famous jugs of sangria. Harnessing the buzz of a traditional Spanish cantina and teaming it with rustic-chic interior design from Brisbane firm Arkhefield, the bar and restaurant is ideal for relaxed all-day dining. Stepping into the space, it’s clear that paella takes centre-stage, with giant paella hoods greeting guests and an open kitchen beckoning from beyond. If you’re after a bit of theatre in the open kitchen, opt for the paella for two embedded with chicken and chorizo, fresh seafood or vegetables. A large selection of Spanish wines and beers are complemented by those from France, New Zealand and Australia, while the popular Olé sangria concoctions are available by the glass or jug.
