nodo Carindale

Brisbane’s beloved purveyor of gluten-free treats and brunch wasted no time getting into the swing of things to start 2024. In March, Nodo celebrated the opening of a brand-new bricks-and-mortar site at Westfield Carindale. Nodo had previously operated a pop-up presence at the shopping centre for two years, consistently selling copious amounts of doughnuts each week. The pop-up’s popularity made Carindale the no-brainer option for a new permanent site, so owner Kate Williams snagged a nifty location on the centre’s ground floor (right in front of Coles) for a new 30-seat outpost. The site, designed by Cameron & Co and to be built by Echo Projects Co, is a more streamlined version of Nodo’sEverton Park location – expect Nodo’s full range of doughnuts, specialty coffee, Supernatural shakes and tight menu of stacked sausage-and-egg muffins and toasties.
