Harajuku Gyoza is satisfying Brisbane’s dumpling cravings with handmade lacy crisp parcels of happiness. It’s not uncommon to see endless lines of customer-sans wrapping around the corner building waiting for a table and little Japanese dumplings to fill their hungry tummies. When biting into the crisp edges of the grilled gyoza it creates the perfect crunch, while the inside is soft and full of flavour. The silky pastry parcels filled with steamed meaty fillings and fresh seasonal produce are best dipped into a concoction of condiments and of course, traditional soy sauce. Combine this with a steaming plate of salted edamame, chicken karaage and ice-cool Japanese beer. For dessert try the nutella banana gyoza or the sweet apple gyoza with ice cream.
