Chef on the Road is a roaming food wagon that aims to provide a varied and ever-evolving selection of dishes that can satiate a diverse crowd of eaters. From Colombian beef empanadas and smoked chicken and chorizo cornbowls to cider-infused pork shoulder and crispy chilli chicken, Chef on the Road specialised in out-of-the-box dishes that are a point of difference from the pack. Chef on the Road pops up at various food events, brewery pit-stops and at Welcome to Bowen Hills. The truck is also available for private functions, with a variety of platters to choose from.
