As you make your way through the new wing at Pacific Fair you can’t help but notice Two Seasons, it’s a burst of colour against a backdrop of timber and black. The quaint open plan cafe is a breakout space to escape the constant stream of people moving through the new mall and recharge the batteries with a caffeinated beverage. The boutique coffee house is the fifth venue for Rugby legend Scott Higginbotham and business partner Malcolm Watts who are also behind Brisbane’s Moose & Gibson, Habitat, Leaf Espresso Bar and Cross Roads Espresso. Alongside Two Seasons coffee, the cafe offers a selection of quick bites including colourful salads, sandwiches, paninis and sweet treats.
