The little sibling to popular Italian restaurant Ioesco, Sanctuary Cove’s Esco offers indulgent modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Restaurant owner and chef Max Alfieri continues to showcase true Italian hospitality and has designed an Italian and Mediterranean-infused breakfast and lunch menu that will impress hungry regulars and newcomers. Popular picks include the poached eggs with asparagus and vine-ripened tomatoes served with toast, or the breakfast gnocchi – combining pasta and breakfast (two of our favourite things) – a carbonara-inspired dish with special pan-fried gnocchi, wilted spinach, poached eggs and slithers of crispy bacon. For early risers, the cafe serves up Vittoria Coffee and for the lunchtime crowd, an extensive (and indulgent) drinks menu can be enjoyed into the afternoon.
