Euro dreaming? Head to this Mediterranean-inspired rooftop lounge
If the stamp section of your passport is looking incredibly blank and you’re about to delete all of your socials due to the influx of Euro summer pics, then fret not, as a slice of the Mediterranean has just opened up in Palm Beach. The Collective’s rooftop has transformed into the Lemon Lounge by Bombay Citron Pressé. Just in time too, because we are seriously in need of some Euro vibes and spritzes in the sunshine.
On Saturday August 5, Palm Beach favourite The Collective unveiled its new rooftop activation – the Lemon Lounge by Bombay Citron Pressé. The new-look rooftop is your new go-to sipping spot, boasting sunset views, live tunes and some seriously delicious Bombay Citron Pressé cocktails from August to December. You can wrap your lips around bespoke cocktails including classic Pressé & Tonics, the Ultimate Tom Collins, or a lighter Pressé & Soda – a spectacular selection of sips that are sure to have your taste buds travelling to European beaches afar
There’s a range of rooftop events that are serving up Euro summer goodness without the hefty plane fare including Citrus Sundown Happy Hour, where $10 Bombay Citron Pressé Spritz will be flowing alongside $7 tap beer, house wine and basic spirits Monday to Friday from 6:00–10:00 pm. Saturdays from 12:00–2:00 pm is slated for Spritz & Spice Brunch, where you and your pals can indulge in a salivation-inducing spread of Asian-fusion bites paired with two hours worth of tipples – think house beer, wine and Bombay cocktails. The good times continue with Zest Saturdays, your new weekend sesh that’s brimming with sumptuous sips, DJ beats and good vibes from 8:00 pm. Count us in!
