Spy creatures of the night on the Springbrook Spotlight Walk

Spy creatures of the night on the Springbrook Spotlight Walk

If you’re up for a little adventure and aren’t afraid of the dark, the Springbrook Spotlight Walk is happening this Friday night.

Spy Mountain brushtail possums foraging the treetops for food, frogs fossicking the forest floor and maybe even the distinct Lamington spiny crayfish scurrying about as you explore the Purling Brook Falls area by night. You may even be lucky enough to spot the tiny and elusive sugar glider, with its big ears and eyes, grey fur and long bushy tail.

The 1.5 hour Springbrook Spotlight Walk is a guided tour designed to see creatures of the night in their natural evirons. The family-friendly walks are free however bookings are required. Meet at The Settlement day-use area at 7:00 pm.
