Wine and dine with Neil Perry at the Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival

The inaugural Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival will kick off with a delicious bang this June, with Neil Perry announced as guest chef for the event’s ‘mixed dozen’ gala dinner. The esteemed chef will join eleven of the region’s top culinary masterminds who will take over the Elements on Byron kitchen for one night only.

Tickets have gone on sale for the highly anticipate gala dinner, which is being held on Friday June 2 to mark the opening of the very first Byron Bay Fine Food & Beverage Festival. The one-day festival will be staged in the parklands adjacent to Elements of Byron at Saturday June 3, featuring an array of foodie showcases, alongside boutique Australian wineries, craft and cider breweries, local distillers, plus all the best from local chefs and producers.

At the Friday night gala dinner, Neil Perry will be joined by eleven of the region’s best chefs in the Elements of Byron kitchen, including Ben Devlin of Paper Daisy, Steven Snow of Fins, Bret Cameron from Harvest, Darren Robertson and Mark Labrooy from Three Blue Ducks. Also in the line-up is Sarah Swan from 100 Mile Table, Simon Jones from Elements of Byron, Sean Connelly of The Balcony Bar and Oyster Co, Katrina and Karl Kanetani from TOWN Restaurant and Cafe, Gavin Hughes from Byron at Byron Resort, Carlo Magnabosco from Beach Byron Bay and Monique Guterres from Seaweed Cuisine. There will be canapes on arrival, a six-course menu designed and prepared by the 12 acclaimed chefs plus a selection of drops from Australian wineries.
