Joe’s Deli at Pacific Fair is rolling into winter with a brand-new menu that features four hotdog creations that will each be available for two weeks only. Setting the bar high is the bougie Lobby Roll, which is loaded with fresh lobster, Kewpie mayo, crispy iceberg lettuce, chives and topped with black caviar and lemon. The Lobby Roll will be followed by Joe’s Chilli Dog, which features a pork-and-cheese kransky topped with chilli con carne, crispy bacon, pickled jalapenos, pepper-jack cheese and sour cream. There’s also a meat-free option available. Next up is the Bedford Dog, a twist on the classic, which boasts the same pork-and-cheese kransky, but this time, smothered in spicy-tomato ketchup, roasted-garlic aioli, pepper-jack cheese, hot-seeded mustard, onion and cucumber pickles. Finally, last but certainly not least, is the Fresh n’ Crispy, which boasts fresh beer-battered snapper, tartare sauce, crispy lettuce and topped with black caviar and chives.

It’s not just the filling that has been given the Joe’s treatment, the mini milk buns are baked fresh in-house and then brushed with butter and toasted until golden and crispy – yum!  For those that really want to savour the experience, you can go ahead and make it a combo offer to add crisps and a margarita (or any drink from the Soda & range).
