The Chevron Island skyline gets set to welcome luxury apartment tower Stanhill

The sought-after locale of Chevron Island is set to welcome a new boutique residential tower, with Marquee Development Partners officially launching its latest venture – the $35-million Stanhill apartments.

The nine-storey luxury project will be constructed on a prime 1639-sqm parcel on the corner of Stanhill Drive and Weemala Street, cutting a striking figure along the skyline. While it boasts panoramic views across the waterways and through to Surfers Paradise, Stanhill’s location is further bolstered by its proximity and linkage to the city’s cultural heart, HOTA (Home of the Arts). A multi-million pedestrian and cycle bridge, which will directly connect the arts precinct to Chevron Island, is now under construction.

The Stanhill apartments, brought to life by award-winning BDA Architects, will feature luxury facilities like a resort-style rooftop space, a gym area, barbecue terrace and a private dining room. The project will comprise a mix of generously sized two and three-bedroom apartments, which are priced from $499,000 to $799,000. The project is expect to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
