The brainchild of Goodwill Projects, the crew behind large-scale events like the Teneriffe Festival and popular weekly markets in The City, Milton, Carseldine and Redcliffe, Westoria brings a sense of wonder, excitement and sense-enlivening magic to 120 Jane Street in West End. Every Friday from 4:00–10:00 pm and Sunday from 2:00–8:00 pm, you can sink your teeth into salivation-worthy street eats and sip on cold or hot brews (like authentic mulled wine), while being estertained by roving characters, live music, lawn games and exclusive artist performances.

Westoria has now added regular artist residencies to their Friday night line-up, with the first cab off the rank being cabaret curiosities LIMINAL. Fresh from a stand-up comedy stint at Adelaide Fringe Festival and the recipients of the Emerging Theatre Makers Anywhere award, LIMINAL brings a fusion of magic, music, dance and art into one show. On Sundays, Westoria is bringing Sunday picnics on the green to the Southside, serving premium cheeseboards, thanks to Woombye Cheese and vino from City Winery to beat those Sunday scaries. Nestled along the Brisbane River, the whole family (fur-baby included) can enjoy an afternoon of supersized lawn games like giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and cornhole, or tee off with a round of croquet and bocce. Bringing the rugrats along? Westoria will keep the little ones entertained with face painting, a jumping castle and roving performers. The best part? Entry is free, so all you need to bring is an empty belly, your favourite tote and an open imagination.
