Tap along to Tim Rogers at The Old Museum

Tap along to Tim Rogers at The Old Museum

Tim Rogers and Australian music go hand in hand, with his music career beginning in 1989 with the formation of his band You Am I. Since then, there has been no end to his creativity, which has seen him take to the stage solo, share it with a bunch of other musicians, and explore the facets of writing and film.

The musical man is renowned for his stage presence, possessing the swagger and close association with controversy that matches the rock ‘n’ rollers of yesteryear. While he has the lifestyle down, he has the raw talent to match that continues to draw in audiences around the nation.

Tim is touring the country to share with fans his latest record Rogers Sings Rogerstein, his collaboration with Shel Rogerstein. The pair constructed the sound from their shared phone conversations and ideas, and appreciations for the same tunes and chord progressions. Thursday August 23 will see Tim play these shared ramblings to the echoing halls of The Old Museum, where he will be joined by country and roots crooner, Catherine Britt. You can buy tickets to the gig online.
