The free Medibank Feel Good Program is back again at South Bank

It’s time to shed your winter skin and get your mind and body into full gear for spring with the return of the Medibank Feel Good Program at South Bank. The free outdoor fitness series in the South Bank Parklands features a mix of heart-pumping and soul-soothing classes that will leave you feeling toned, healthy and happy.

Running from Monday September 14 to Thursday November 19, the program includes Yoga, Affirmation, Pilates, Bubacise, and Zumba® classes running for an hour each, and the dynamic, fast-paced Energy running for 30 minutes. Those who love the downward dog will love Affirmation. It’s a brand new class in the program and is a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength and self. The class features a flowing sequence of movement to condition, tone, strengthen, lengthen and align your body.

All of the Medibank Feel Good Program classes are held on the Little Stanley Street Lawns and led by fully qualified instructors from Pure Health Clubs. If that’s not enough to get you moving, then maybe a free acai bowl taster from Kiss the Berry will. All class participants will be rewarded with a range of great offers from program partners.
