Hello Squirrel Espresso Bar opened in South Brisbane in May 2015, offering tasty and nutritious grab-and-go treats and delicious coffee to students, workers and fitness fanatics in the area. Hello Squirrel’s owners, teacher Adrian and design student Beck have created a small yet welcoming spot that boasts a crisp and uncomplicated fit-out. Located at the base of CluiDesign on Brereton Street in South Brisbane, Hello Squirrel serves up delicious milkshakes, chia puddings, savoury muffins and juices – perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch option. The coffee of choice at Hello Squirrel is the hot air-roasted house blend from Allpress Espresso, which is making its first appearance in South Brisbane. Although Hello Squirrel is Adrian and Beck’s first solo venture, the couple has honed in on an aesthetic and approach that conveys a considered and mature approach to hospitality.
