Kapsones 3D-Printed Camera Lens Hoods

Kapsones crafts 3D-printed lens hoods

Those clever Dutch design folk are at it again. This time they’ve come up with a range of 3D-printed camera lens hoods made from biodegradable materials.

If your man-toy of choice is of the photographic variety, you’re in for an early Christmas gift courtesy of some rather tech-savvy designers from the Netherlands. The thrilling new Kapsones 3D-printed camera lens hood is crafted from a durable, biodegradable material produced from renewable resources and custom-printed by an Ultimaker 3D printer.

Let your camera meet its hooded love-match in a Knitted, Street, Stealth or Baroque style, and choose from a huge range of colours, from bright blue, red and green to black, olive and grey. The new range of hoods supports a range of Canon and Nikon lenses – simply select your preference and the 3D printer will do the rest.
