The Terrace’s drinks menu incorporates an expansive wine list, which has been bolstered by a clutch of seasonal tap beers, bottled beer and cider, artisanal gins, Japanese and American whiskies and a host of single-malt varieties. A classic and signature cocktail list also offers some considered concoctions to go with your vantage point. An all-day dining menu created by executive chef Chris Norman goes from breakfast through to late-night snacks such as natural oysters, slow-cooked ocean trout, pumpkin schnitzel and lamb ribs.
