The Corner Store Cafe

Salvaging a 1940s derelict cottage, The Corner Store Cafe celebrates the historical use of the original building, creating a charming cafe setting. Retaining the original facade, the cafe has added an outdoor setting overlooking an organic herb and vegetable garden, providing the kitchen with fresh produce as soon as it’s harvested. The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring fresh ingredients and vibrant flavours that are sure to excite any jaded palate. Must-eats include the Sweet Corn and Feta Fritter with Poached Eggs, Avocado, Tomato Relish and Jamon or Smoked Salmon, and the Paprika French Toast with Bacon, Chilli Jam, Poached Eggs, Jalapeno & Sour Cream Hollandaise. Luncheon diners should try the Lamb Kofta with Tabouli, Pickled Carrot, Fetta, Harissa Mayo and Pita or the gluten-free Chicken Salad with Herb & Yoghurt Marinated Breast, Dried Cranberries, Roast Pumpkin, Nuts & Seeds and Mixed Leaf.
