Suburban Social Neighbourhood Bar & Kitchen
Living on the westside and aching for a drink? Friends, we have news for you. A new local watering hole has opened in Chapel Hill, and it goes by the name of Suburban Social Neighbourhood Bar & Kitchen. The laid-back bar and eatery comes from pals Kris Dadson and Luke Dillon, who have set up on the corner of Moordale Street and Moggill Road. Suburban Social’s aim is to be a go-to for locals, where you can bring your friends, family, kids and pets and hang out over a craft beer and good food. Local, organic and ethical produce is being used where possible, and the menu is planned to evolve over time to respond to the desires of regulars. Easy drinking food currently shapes the menu, with eats such as burgers, fries and bar snacks served alongside Australian craft beer and wine, and a killer cocktail selection. Settle in around the bar in the front room, kick back with a cold one in the loading dock and watch the world go by through the open barn door, or bask in the sunshine in the rear courtyard, which is set to open in time for the new year.
