The on-site eatery at Stafford nursery and homewares emporium The Soul Pantry scored a makeover in 2021, reopening to the public in November as Soul Pantry Kitchen & Bar. Overseen by a team of hospitality veterans, Soul Pantry Kitchen & Bar has been given a colourful new lease on life, with a sizeable refit creating a breezy spot for brunch and evening drinks. The all-day menu kicks off with a string of brunch bites infused with colour – think avocado smash with beetroot hummus, buttermilk pancake stacks topped with fresh berries and fairy floss, Benny croissants with sriracha hollandaise and sumac, and the sizeable Big Soul Breaky Board piled high with bacon, tomato, haloumi, fetta, ham off the bone, garlic mushrooms, poached eggs and more. Lunch eats keeps the delicious feeds coming, with the likes of veggie-loaded buddha bowls, beefy burgers and Soul Pantry’s own lobster rolls making our souls sing. Fonzie Abbott coffee, HRVST ST. juices and super shakes will keep thirsts quenched and energy levels topped up during the day, while a host of cocktails (think multiple kinds of margarita, spritzes and tropical punch), beers and wines will undoubtedly be a hit for sundowner sessions. High tea services and boozy brunches will be introduced soon, with packages include two hours of bottomless drinks sure to make your weekend catch-ups a hoot.
