Plentiful Cafe in Graceville opened quietly in March 2020, softly introducing itself to locals who were quick to get acquainted with the venue’s youthful interpretation of contemporary cafe dining. The cafe is current yet timeless, with a modern aesthetic that oozes warmth and an air of casual cool, yet is approachable to all comers. Without restrictions, Plentiful Cafe can seat up to 70 patrons across its outdoor and interior spaces, with a curved concrete coffee bar sitting as the venue’s buzzing central nexus. The kitchen is plating up a selection of brunch classics that have been given a flavoursome spin. Korean and Mediterranean touches abound, with stand-out dishes including the Get Some Spork on Your Fork (crispy potato rosti topped with spicy grilled pork, poached eggs and hollandaise), Pretty Great Pancake (fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with seasonal fruit, vanilla ice-cream, butterscotch syrup and pistachio and praline sprinkles) and the Granoly Moly (Plentiful’s own granola served with turmeric-infused poached pears, coconut yoghurt). Five Senses as the cafe’s coffee supplier of choice, with espresso and filter brews available alongside HRVST ST juices, Heirloom hot chocolate and fresh smoothies.
