Noritor

Translating to ‘playground’, Noritor in Brisbane City serves up authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine in a modern milieu. Work your way through the extensive menu from tempting starters like gyoza, takoyaki and kimchi pancakes to hearty bowls of bimbimbab and steaming spicy hot pots with glassy sweet potato noodles. Set along bustling George Street, the restaurant is frequented by lunchtime student and city worker crowds, and seekers of late-night soulful eats, with Noritor open until the wee morning hours. The restaurant’s stylish fit-out melding brickwork, concrete and wooden cut-outs was designed by Brisbane architect Christina Na-Heon Cho.
