Beloved sandwich merchant Melt Brothers is bringing its grilled cheese to the northside for the first time, opening its third location at Westfield Chermside. Located in the Level One food court just below Event Cinemas, Melt Brothers Chermside’s yellow-hued kiosk is turning out its heralded menu of cheese-loaded options, including the Morning Glory (brimming with maple bacon, fried eggs, mozzarella and aged cheddar), the In Da Club Sandwich, which comes loaded with roast chicken, tomato, rocket, smoky barbecue sauce, aioli and mozzarella, and the OG, The Mouse Trap, oozing mozzarella, aged cheddar, thyme and dijon mustard. You can pair your grilled cheese with the likes of loaded fries, mozzarella sticks and hash browns, and wash it all down with Fonzie Abbott coffee, smoothies and thickshakes.
