Master Tom’s took over the former The Coffee Club site on the corner of Albert and Margaret Streets in December of 2016, offering coffee, sandwiches, burgers and beer on tap to inner-city workers. Design studio Collectivus created the brand and interior, which features cabana-style seating nooks, timber and mosaic features, and lush greenery set against a fresh white, aqua and cerulean colour scheme. The menu encompasses breakfast, lunch and dinner options, ranging from the Man Bun, which stuffs toasted schiacciata with hash browns, bacon and fried eggs to the gargantuan Master Tom’s Signature Burger. Other options include tacos, nachos, calamari and a rotating range of salads and sandwiches to takeaway. The bar pours an evolving selection local beers off tap and also mixes up a great selection of cocktails for those looking to unwind at the end of a hard week.
