Little Saigon Grill

Formerly residing inside Rowes Arcade, Vietnamese lunch haunt Little Saigon Grill has gained a fresh design and a new location, shifting to an Adelaide Street laneway. Diners will find passionate owners Thanh and Tony Tran behind the counter and in the kitchen, ensuring your modern Vietnamese lunch is made with love. The restaurant focuses on authentic, wholesome dishes made from fresh, nutritious ingredients, while all the packaging is eco friendly with the servingware sourced through Oxfam. Amongst the light meals you’ll find crispy crepes to roll and dip and rice paper rolls plump with hearty proportions of meat and sauce. The banh mi is a stand out, with the chicken liver pate made onsite and a variety of hunger-inducing flavours to tempt all tastebuds. Locally made rice noodles are used in the rich pho broths, while a Vietnamese version of pad thai is made on tapioca noodles. Steamed rice bun and vermicelli noodle salads are also available, perfectly matched to a Vietnamese iced coffee, coldpress juice or coconut slushie. While Little Saigon Grill is predominantly catering to a weekday lunch crowd at the moment, the venue plans to open for dinner and on weekends soon.
