Grazegrind

Ensuring a home-made lunch is both healthy and tasty is certainly possible, but can sure be time consuming. Starving time-poor workers were truly blessed when Grazegrind emerged on the Brisbane City snack scene – a stylish nook that delivered fresh eats and coffee to those that sought convenience and flavour. The eatery (the fit-out of which was crafted by the folks at Woodsters) began as a humble coffee and sandwich pit-stop , but has blossomed over the years to offer the likes of protein-filled hot rice bowls, smoothies, breakfast pots, baguettes, toasted wraps and salads. Grazegrind prepares its food fresh every day, with consistency achieved by using the best preparation techniques available. Chicken breast is kept juicy and lean by cooking it sous-vide in store, while the menu is adapted to take advantage of the freshest produce and trending eats. Finally, coffee seekers can still get their fix of quality caffeine at Grazegrind, with Pablo & Rusty’s certified-organic Pioneer blend on offer.
