The team behind Hawthorne Coffee has expanded its cafe footprint, opening Fieldy’s Coffee in Fairfield in April 2024. Founded by Currumbin transplant Tom Wilcock in May of 2023, Hawthorne Coffee quickly flourished into an incredibly popular spot for caffeine hits and tip-top toasties. Where Hawthorne Coffee is a pastel-hued beauty boasting a fetching pink-and-white colour scheme, Fieldy’s (located at Fifth Avenue Lifestyle on Fairfield Road) takes on an earthier palette – think plenty of forest green, black and timber tones spread across the cafe’s internals and covered patio dining area. The offering at Fieldy’s is based closely on Hawthorne Coffee’s popular menu, with killer coffee (supplied once again by ST. ALi, with retail beans also on offer) available alongside a five kinds of crispy toasties (plus a rotating special), acai bowls, avocado toast and house-baked muffins and cookies.
