Eldorado Cinema

Just near the Walter Taylor Bridge to Graceville sits Eldorado Cinemas – a destination many locals would consider a historic westside landmark. The cinemas have been in existence since the mid-1900s and today remains the only independent eight-screen cinema in the city, retaining much of its original quirky charm. Eldorado is very much a traditional suburban cinema, screening only blockbuster and mainstream movies. Accompanying the cinemas is also a traditional candy bar, complete with a large array of rainbow-coloured confectionery and Cadbury creations that will evoke many a childhood memory.
