Cups and Wells


In the early days of 2018, Salisbury was gifted a brand-new cafe that quickly evolved into a popular meeting point for locals. Cups and Wells is the result of six friends who, upon noticing Salisbury’s lack of specialty coffee and exciting brunch options, expanded their business interests into the local cafe scene to create a space perfect for socialising and snacking. The resulting space is a simple yet modern-industrial design that emphasises wooden features and high ceilings to create an open and welcoming atmosphere. A key mantra for the Cups and Wells team is to ‘never let your cup run dry’, and with that in mind have assembled a formidable offering for specialty coffee and tea drinkers alike. The cafe’s main house blend has been sourced from local outfit Wolff Coffee Roasters, while various single-origin drops are selected from different roasters from across Australia. Beyond coffee, sippers can enjoy organic tea by Chamelia, smoothies and more. The food menu boasts a savvy modern fusion of flavours, ranging from the classic avocado smash to the potato blini mushroom. Cups and Wells also caters to those with dietary requirements, serving a selection of gluten-free and vegan-friendly menu items, dairy-free cakes and more.
