Bluenose Betty is a spacious, community-oriented bar and restaurant from the crew responsible for popular Teneriffe watering hole Streetcorner Jimmy. Boasting a sophisticated-yet-comfortable decor across indoor and outdoor spaces, Bluenose Betty aims to be approachable and inviting while still special and memorable. The menu is broad and diverse to ensure maximum flexibility and freedom of choice. Seasoned wedges, salt-and-pepper squid strips and baked pretzels make for great accompaniments with a drink or two, but those after something more substantial can sink their cutlery into flatbread pizzas, Big chicken schnitzels, baked camembert with caramelised onion, steaks, warm roasted field mushroom and haloumi salad, and spiced tempura zucchini fritters. As for the quaffing material, the crew continues its mantra of ‘something for everyone’, keeping it strictly Australian for its draught beer taps, with Brouhaha, Stone & Wood and Black Hops among the ales featuring. An extensive wine list features French rosé, Argentinian malbec, Italian moscato and a whole host of Australian vino, while a substantial back bar (stocked with Australian and international spirits) filters into Bluenose Betty’s list 0f classic and signature cocktails.
