Hanks is a brand-new coastal European concept that is set to take over the beach-fronting space that was formerly home to long-standing pizza and pasta institution Bread and Butter. Hospitality veterans Peter and Tracey Cianci alongside Jarrod Kyle and TJ Cianci are behind the new project, which is in the throes of a significant fit-out by Zero9 Constructions.
