IVY95 is the latest project from DANKAV, the developers behind Lanikai on Brighton in Southport. Driven by a vision to create an iconic residential address, the development was designed by Gold Coast-based architects BDA Architecture and will feature a mix of contemporary one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Internally, the homes have been crafted to reflect the building’s exceptional location and will feature Calacatta marble benchtops and large format limestone tiles among the luxurious inclusions.

Residents of IVY95 will have access to CLUB95, a private residents facility complete with rooftop pool, gym and dining facilities. Apartments in IVY95 are priced from $661,000 and the development is anticipated to be completed in December 2017.
