Bohème Apartments adds a vertical element to Robina’s CityVillage
The development application for two apartment towers that will form part of Robina Group’s $200 million CityVillage has been approved.
The first stage of the $30 million Bohème Apartments will feature 52 two- and three-bedroom apartments over seven levels and add a vertical element to the CityVillage master plan. The architecturally-designed release offers a striking facade that features contrasting elements, tying in timber with a monochrome palette, to complement the wider CityVillage community.
Tower one has been well received with off-the-plan pre-sales surpassing $15 million. Two-bedroom apartments range in size from 87m2 to 129m2 and the three-bedroom apartments start from 114m2. Apartments are priced from $459,000 for a two-bedroom and $499,000 for a three-bedroom. Residents will have access to an exclusive oasis – known as The Common, with a saltwater pool, lush tropical gardens, grassy areas and barbeque and entertainment spaces for relaxation.
The boutique apartment release also includes a future second building of nine levels, comprising 77 apartments. Bohème Apartments is part of the wider CityVillage master plan which is being developed on a four hectare site adjoining The Crestway and Christine Avenue.
