The Strand at Coolangatta is bringing back its popular Kids Flicks event, where kids can enjoy supervised movie screenings while you enjoy a moment of peace.
Parents, rejoice! The Strand at Coolangatta is offering free, fun-filled entertainment during the Queensland and New South Wales school holidays this September. The popular Kids Flicks is back, providing the perfect solution for parents seeking a break while their kids enjoy private movie screenings at Cinebar Cinemas.
Running across both the Queensland and New South Wales school holidays, this event features four different movie sessions tailored for kids aged five and up. The screenings are fully supervised by qualified minders from Stay’nPlay, ensuring your children are in safe hands while you relax, shop, dine or catch up with your friends.
From Tuesday September 24 to Friday October 4, movies on offer include Harold and The Purple Crayon on Tuesday, The Wild Robot on Wednesday, Runt on Thursday and Transformers One on Friday. Each film promises adventure and fun, with Tuesday and Wednesday sessions starting from 9:30 am, Thursdays at 2:00 pm and a late screening on Fridays at 5:00 pm.
Tickets are free, with only a $5 booking fee required. Parents can also purchase snacks at the Candy Bar before dropping off their children. Sneak in some quality time for yourself while your kids spend an unforgettable day at The Strand.
